Yum!! I am a big sushi person and this place was SO good!! The crab rangoons were delicious. Our sushi was even better. So much flavor and it tasted so fresh. Quick service and our waiter was super friendly too. We’re not from around here but if we’re ever back we will definitely stop in again!!

We were treated so well! We were given complementary chips and a fried banana dessert. The waitress was very kind and she always made sure we were doing ok! The food is also very good we got a few sushi rolls and all of them were soooo good! I highly recommend

Yan the server was awesome, quick, friendly and helped me pick out some awesome sushi! Food was fantastic. She made the experience perfect! Highly recommend this place.

Bushido is an excellent sushi place on Venice island. I eat here a couple times a month whenever I need my "fix". The portions are generous and the prices really aren't bad either. Compared to other nearby sushi joints, Bushido beats them all. Their special rolls are really good as well as their bento box lunches. All prepared fresh and hot (or cold) once you order. The staff is friendly, attentive and courteous. I've yet to have a complaint. There is a small adjacent parking lot but more (free) parking can be found on the streets surrounding the block. You won't be disappointed and be sure to try lunch there some time. Semi-disclaimer: I usually eat here alone, at the sushi bar. I haven't had table service. I see some folks bitching about that, and it may be true. I'm simply relaying my experiences having eaten here a dozen times. So YMMV...

5 Stars across the board. The staff was friendly. The atmosphere was relaxing. The food was DELICIOUS. The Crab Rangoon is the best I've ever had. We also ordered the Bushido rice, a Volcano roll, and a Crunchy roll. All of it was fantastic. We are looking forward to the next time we come in. They also have their own parking which was a pleasant surprise among a busy shopping area. We also had a dessert (I cannot remember the name) that was bananas inside a deep fried wrapper drizzled with chocolate and it was a big hit as well.

This is a local gem. Great fresh sushi and amazing service. Very friendly and accommodating. They even surprised us with some extra dessert treats! Highly recommend this restaurant!

Fresh fish reasonably priced. Friendly staff and sushi chef offered delicious squid salad and free deep fried rice dessert. Beer was cold and server was attentive. A nice find and recommend for smaller groups.
